How the map reveals itself, where the 11 fragments are distributed, and how to track Shells, weapons, Beacons and keys without copying a third-party map.

Cross-checked
The central route or fact is supported by two current sources.
01
How map progression works
The map does not arrive as one complete screen. Collecting fragments gradually reveals the two main regions and gives you a reliable way to orient later collection routes.
02
Recommended collection order
Start with the Fainweald fragments along your beginner route. Save the deeper Mammon sweep until you have a stable Shell and weapon pairing; this reduces backtracking and avoids turning exploration into repeated corpse runs.
03
What to mark yourself
Keep manual notes for unopened gates, uncompleted dungeons and suspicious landmarks. A discovered icon is not always proof that its objective is complete.
