Route overview
Approach Forgotten Tower through the Mammon traversal network near the Sester's Gate Beacon. The weapon is not a simple roadside pickup; the connected tower route is part of the puzzle.
Inside the tower
Clear the guarding enemies methodically and look for the interaction that opens the tower entrance. Once the shortcut is established, finish the interior route and collect Axatana.
Before upgrading it
Test both its moveset and recovery rhythm against ordinary enemies. Its flexibility is the main attraction, but an upgrade only pays off if the weapon matches your Shell and preferred punish window.
